“We have learned from real masters of the Mediterranean cuisine, our
grandparents (‘Lola’ and Juan) and father (‘Pepe’) who taught us recipes
handed down from generation to generation. It is our food culture we would
like to share with you.
We take our food and tradition seriously, we love the process, the final result
and the customer experience we provide.”

Our Vibe
“We cook following original recipes to achieve traditional dishes such as the
Traditional Paella or Black Rice Paella. We also like to use our experience
and knowledge to come up with changes to traditional recipes and adapt
them closer to the British Culture without loosing touch with the originals.
